How it works
Your three steps
You stay in control of everything — just decide how much you want to fill in.
You do this
Drop the photo in a shared folder
A Google Drive folder shared between us. Drop a product photo from your phone or computer. If you know the price or want a specific title, fill in a quick row in a shared spreadsheet — but only what you feel like. Nothing is required.
Happens automatically overnight
Everything gets filled in for you
The pipeline runs every night. It picks up your photos, uses whatever details you provided, and lets AI fill in anything you left blank — title, description, suggested price, tags, collection. A draft appears in your Shopify store, ready to review.
You do this
Get an email, review, click Publish
You'll get a quick email: "New draft ready." Open it in Shopify, glance at the listing, tweak anything you want, and hit Publish. Nothing ever goes live without your approval.

Fill in what you know. Leave the rest blank.
This is optional — but the more you fill in, the more control you have. Anything left blank gets handled automatically.

Yellow AI fills this fields are handled automatically when you leave them blank. You always review the draft before anything goes live.
